What about waste? Cover

What about waste?

This appealing lesson plan contains a learning outcome, success criteria, pre-lesson preparation, resources, learning sequences and a conclusion. Throughout the lesson students will gain awareness of how we generate waste and the problems it causes. After the teacher introduces the topic of waste, the class will explore the ways in which their classroom creates waste, and the better ways in which waste can be dealt with. Following this, students will each write a waste action plan for the classroom a persuasive argument based off an article they will read. The lesson concludes with time for the student to fill out a learning log and reflect on the lesson.
