Intepreting visual information in text

Packed in this e-unit are a set of worksheets designed to deepen students understanding of the purpose of illustrations and visual information in a book. Over the five exercises students will identify and draw the most important visual piece in a reading and write an explanation as to why, explore the importance of symbols and their meaning and lastly, create captions to match their own illustrations from a story!
