Synonyms: informal and formal words

This unit consists of a short text about a man who can sell anything, and worksheets on synonyms and antonyms. The first worksheet gives students an explanation of each of these vocabulary features as well as an exercise in which students need to match the two columns of synonyms. Worksheets 2 and 3 focus on each of these features, while the final worksheet requires students to 'change the flavour' of the given passage.
