Count on to solve addition equations (Pt 4)
Throughout this unit students will practice counting on in tens and ones to solve a series of addition equations, both with and without the assistance of tens men and ones men. Students will then use this technique to solve a word problem, calculating how much milk Rocco drank in total throughout the day.
