Count on to solve addition equations (Pt 3)

Throughout this unit students will practice counting on in tens and ones to solve a series of addition equations, both with and without the assistance of place value equipment. Students will then use this technique to solve a word problem, calculating how many toy cars Hamish and Nigel have together or how many laps of the field Alanta ran.
