Identify the place value of numbers (Part A)
Students practice identifying the place value of a number throughout this unit by circling groups of tens to complete an equation, then writing out the number of tens and ones in that equation. They will also use their knowledge of ones and tens to determine a whole number. Lastly, students will solve a word problem and help Sally calculate the total amount of cash in her wallet.
