A Jockey's Life: a poem

This e-unit contains three versions of a poem, accommodating the varying levels of students in the class. Students will read over 'A Jockey's Life' before working through a series of questions. The four sets of questions provided will orient students with the reading through drawing, reinforce inferential skills, increase students understanding of words and why they were used and give students time to evaluate the writers intention for the reading. Answers are also provided for selected questions to assist the teacher with marking.
