Recognise "teen" and "ty" numbers

A variety of activities to assist students in recognising numbers that end in 'teen' and numbers that end in 'ty'. The first activity in this unit asks students to match four two digit numbers to their correct number name and then correct the other number name errors. Next is an opportunity to write some number names (with support), then colour in a picture with colours based on whether the numbers end in 'teen' or 'ty'. Finally, students are asked to brainstorm all the 'ty' and ;teen' words they can think of.
